Skyn Condoms Boast of Ultra Sensitive Non-Latex Material

Condoms are commonly known by people to be made from latex rubber. But due to advancement in technology, condoms have evolved through the years into different shapes, sizes and flavors all in an effort to fulfill people’s needs.

With so many brands of condoms available today in the market, you would think that that’s all there is to it. But that’s not exactly right because more surprises are up and coming. Take for instance this latest development that makes use of a new non-latex material in the manufacture of condoms.

Known as Skyn condom, this contraception and anti-STD product is made from polyisoprene. It is the first of its kind that has been clinically tested and FDA approved in the U.S. market. While it may be soft and very flexible, it has the strength of latex and the sensitivity of a very thin condom making it a better alternative especially for adults who want to get more pleasure out of their sexual intercourse.

Polyisoprene is a flexible material which makes the condom more comfortable to use. And since it is ultra thin with an ergonomic fit, it gives the user and his partner an absolutely natural feeling as if there’s nothing at all. This great sensation was determined after the condom underwent one thousand tests. What’s more is that the Skyn condom has a smooth and longer lasting silicone lubricant for a more pleasurable and unforgettable experience.

Compared to latex and polyurethane condoms, Skyn condoms are very soft and stretchier but have more resistance to breakage. They are most ideal for people uncomfortable with or allergic to latex. Additionally, they are proven to be a better contraception and protection against transmission of infectious diseases resulting from sexual intercourse.

Skyn condoms come in natural color, are odor free and are meant for males aged 18 to 30. Men are not the only beneficiaries of this new technology in the manufacture of condoms because many women prefer it, too, primarily owing to the natural feel it provides to both partners. More than 80 percent of women asked about the product said they would buy the Skyn condom.

The company behind this condom, Lifestyles, assures users of Skyn’s safety and effectiveness. Skyn condoms go through three kinds of rigorous tests to meet the top standards of reliability in the U.S. Initially, the shelf life of these condoms is only three years unlike the five years of the traditional condoms. A Lifestyles officer said this is so as their product is still very new in the market without any five-year data to claim yet.
